Nicasio Country Ranch
I am hired to market real estate. It is always the goal, it can be a long road at times, requiring creativity. Getting an offer is always exciting; closing the escrow is always a relief, especially in difficult economic times. Having buyers and sellers satisfy with the end result is great satisfaction. Surprisingly it is sometimes an empty feeling. That happens when the sellers you represent understand the process, are supportive of the listing agent’s efforts and own a property you get attached to. I am writing this thinking about the Nicasio gentleman ranch I sold at the beginning of summer. One of the owners, a designer, described it as "rustic modern, where countryside charm meets the simple lines of contemporary design." Comfortable and understated, the back to nature feel fitted the modern sensibility of these owners. Part of the marketing was a youtube video of one of the sellers describing the work done to bring the property to the level it had reached. Going the extra mile was satisfying and very informative for the potential buyers. I invite you to listen to it on YouTube by clicking here.
