Meet the Builder
My involvement in real estate allows me to indulge my love for modern architecture. Working with the owners of a property I recently marketed in Old Town Tiburon, California, was a real treat as I had the chance to share with them my enthusiasm for modern architecture, to learn from the owner builder and from his wife. Interviewing them went on for hours, shortening the recording was very difficult as all the information was very relevant to the construction, landscaping and furnishing of the property. It was interesting to hear about the planning, the study of the movements of the sun to let the best light into the house, the engineering and the establishment of the best floor plan for the modern California lifestyle as well as to maximize the views.
