I started my career as a real estate agent in 1992 in San Francisco. I first represented mostly buyers in varied neighborhoods of the City quickly learning the different attributes each area has to offer. Quite a few of the clients I represented still occupy the same home, which shows the importance of listening carefully to potential buyers. Sellers also started recruiting my services and slowly some of the buyers who had to move called me to represent them. I have been lucky to have a very faithful clientele turning my business into a referral venture. Below is a sample list of houses and condominiums I have sold in San Francisco either as a listing agent or a selling agent. My full portfolio can be reviewed upon request.

Pacific Heights, Presidio Heights, Cow Hollow and the Marina

Presidio Terrace Classic

I represented a couple moving from the East Coast. They were looking for a stately family home in a quite residential location. The house, designed by Macdonald & Applegarth, is in an exclusive enclave attractively landscaped.

Broadway Grande Dame

The seller, now on her own, was downsizing. An emotional sale, as she had brought up her family in this elegant traditional house with panoramic views of the Bay close to Fillmore restaurants and boutiques.

Pacific Heights Contemporary

I represented buyers moving from Los Angeles and looking for modern construction. There were few at the times They settled for a contemporary house and with the help of their Los Angeles architect and the designer/contractor team I referred to them, they turned the house into a Modern Beauty.

Broadway Co-op

An out of town friend of mine was selling her late mother’s co-op. Before putting it on the market I had to have the floors sanded, the walls painted and brought in stagers. The full-floor view apartment in an exclusive building generated 4 offers and a price which surprised the heirs.

Clay Street Condo

Once the sellers were settled into the new house we had struggled to get, (it was a sellers’ market, competition was high), once staged, I put their condominium on the market. The two-level condo with a south-facing garden sold with multiple offers too. I had sold the large apartment to this couple as they were starting their family a couple of years prior; they realized a good profit.

Telegraph Hill, Russian Hill, and Nob Hill

Telegraph Hill With Lots of Potentials

I represented the owners of a small building with two vacant one-bedroom rental units away from the street on a large lot with Bay views and two garages; very valuable, but not as an income building. I represented the buyers too, who were looking to build a small single family home close to North Beach and the Financial District; the building was the ideal palette; they turned it into a modern view house.

Condo In Eichler-Built High-Rise On Russian Hill

A three-bedroom apartment with spectacular views in a doorman building has all the features of a very desirable unit. It did not take long for a buyer to come and appreciate the offering.

A Nob Hill Jewel With A Terrace

I represented the seller of this two-bedroom unit in a small building with views of the Cathedral and the Park in a very cosmopolitan location. The challenge was the lack of parking deeded to the property; therefore finding a buyer who would not mind parking one or two blocks away in one of the public garages. Finally a pied a terre buyer came along who appreciated the possibility to walk everywhere when in town.

North Waterfront, South Beach and Beyond

Telegraph Landing Condos

Along the years I have represented quite a few sellers leaving this building in a beautiful garden setting as they were moving out of town. These typical two-bedroom two-bathroom condos have either garden views, Bay or Downtown views depending on the floor and orientation. They have often attracted people looking to walk to work in the Financial District or at Levi’s Plaza. A flat area it also attracts downsizing Boomers looking to walk along the Embarcadero or to access Downtown using the street cars. With a great view roof deck, the owners will be in the best location to watch the America’s Cup.

South Beach Condo With A Terrace

The two-bedroom two-bathroom condo was chosen by the owners at the time this new building was offered for sale. They selected it because of its extra wide south-facing terrace, as they had a young child. True city dwellers they were among the couples who saw the construction of a children playground in South Beach. The terrace was also the feature which attracted the next buyer.

Too Happy

A middle aged woman whose children had just left the nest was looking for a new lifestyle away from the suburbs, she chose South Beach. She settled for a smaller space in an A+ building, feeling that location and quality were important. Remembering her garden, she settled for a condo with a large terrace. She bought unit 2H which she named “Too Happy” and where she has been happily living for almost ten years.

Clarendon Heights

It is the area to take buyers looking for “incredible” views. This house has views from the Pacific Ocean to Mt Diablo and the South side of San Francisco with all the landmarks in-between. Originally had been a two-unit building, the seller had combined them but the flow was not there. The buyer added an elevator while he did a thorough remodel to turn the house into a modern style home capturing views from most rooms.
